Shipping Policy

We only ship in Germany.

All orders within Germany are shipped with DHL – our trusted shipping partner. The shipping cut-off time is 5pm CET. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next business day. For further information on DHL’s delivery services, see http://www.dhl.de/de/paket/hilfe-kundenservice.html.

Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number and details via email. Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you receive your tracking number for it to populate.

Shipping is free within Germany.
